| Known affectionately as “The Shed”, RVAC shoot most of the year at Gilfillian’s Farm on the Seacoast Road. During 2009/2010 RVAC will be vacating the Shed (or access may be limited) due to restoration work. Please do not hestitate to contact a member of the committee if you are in any doubt as to where the club is shooting. |

Club During the summer the club meets at Limavady Recreation Club on the Killane Road , Limavady. Various distances, up to ninety metres, are shot here though shorter distances are available for the less adventurous! Shooting at the Rec Club is often “weather permitting” and the club may cancel a night’s shooting if the weather is excessively damp or windy. |

The club hosts its field shoots at a privately owned part of Gortnamoyah Forest . It has played host to prestigious regional level competitions such as the Northern Ireland Field Championships. The forest is located at the south end of the B190, “Belraugh Road” in the ‘Legavallon Pot.’ |

Travelling from Limavady Leave Limavady via the A37, “Broad Road” heading for Coleraine. Turn right shortly after leaving town and crossing stone bridge (before sharp right turn) onto the “Drumsurn Road”. Follow this road for its entire length, passing through the village of Drumsurn . Emerging at an uphill stop junction turn left onto the B64, “Legavallon Road.” Follow this road and make a left turn onto the B190, “Belraugh Road”. The gate is shortly after the roadsign (left) and will be well signposted. |

Travelling from Dungiven and the Glenshane Pass (A6) In Dungiven take the first right after the Church of Ireland church (RHS) onto the (B64) towards Garvagh, the “Legavallon Road.” Follow this road for a distance of approximately 5 miles and turn left onto the B190, “Belraugh Road”. Competitions will be signposted but the entry is on the LHS shortly after turning onto the road (immediately after the roadsign; above, left.) |
